Original & Photocopy of valid visa/s and arrival stamps to OECD member countries for the past 5 years (If applicable only) 6. Original Certificate of Employment [must include applicant's position, date hired, compensation, office address, HR landline number(cell-phone number is not allowed), HR e-mail address] 7. Original Personal Bank Certificate [must include account name, account number, account type, current balance, account opening date, 6 months average balance (ADB)] 8. Bank Statement (original or certified true copy of bank statements/passbook for the last 3 months) 9. Photocopy of ITR (Income Tax Return) or Form 2316 10. Copy of PRC Card or IBP Card (If applicable only) 11. Visa Fee: GRATIS (59 days below stay in Korea) / PHP2,000 (60 to 90 days stay in Korea)

Addded May 29, 2024: Applying for a Korean visa has now become more convenient as applications are accepted via postal mail. With the surge in interest in Korean culture, tourism, and business, many Filipinos find it challenging to book an appointment. This new process is especially beneficial for busy applicants, particularly given the growing popularity of Korea among Filipinos.
PROCESS
1. Plan a trip to Korea.
Recommendation: At latest, 4 weeks prior to planned flight date
2. Visit a website of either KVAC or the Embassy of the Republic of Korea for visa requirements.
3. Prepare requirements recommendation:
4. Visit a nearest and any W-Express branch along with a National ID card to help W-Express verify your identification
5. Make a payment once a staff in W-Express confirms all requirements are met.
*Mutual signature will be required in checklist
6. Receive an email for application confirmation from W-Express.
7. Receive a SMS for application confirmation from the Korea Visa Application Center.
8. Receive a SMS for issuance confirmation from the Korea Visa Application Center.
9. Receive an email for issuance confirmation from W-Express. 10. Passport delivery complete.
For LACKING / ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS
In case there is any lacking or additional document/s after checking by KVAC staff, applicant/s must comply and submit to a W-Express branch within 7 working days from the day a KVAC staff reaches out to the applicant via call in regard to the missing documents. (No additional fee will be collected).
