C-3 (Short-Term Visit Korea)

Visa Requirements for Employed Individuals Updated as of November 5, 2025

1. Visa Application Form No. 17

2. One (1) Passport-Sized Colored Photo

3. Original Passport

4. Photocopy of Passport Bio Page (Page 2)

5. Original & Photocopy of Valid Visa(s) and Arrival Stamps to OECD Member Countries within the past 5 years (if applicable)

6. Copy of PRC Card or IBP Card (if applicable)

7. Original Certificate of Employment must include the following details:

   • Applicant’s position

   • Date hired

   • Compensation

   • Office address

   • HR landline number (cell phone numbers not accepted)

   • HR email address

8. Original Personal Bank Certificate must indicate:

   • Account name

   • Account number

   • Account type

   • Current balance

   • Account opening date

   • Six (6) months Average Daily Balance (ADB)

9. Bank Statement (original or certified true copy) of bank statements or passbook for the last three (3) months

10. Photocopy of ITR (Income Tax Return) or Form 2316

11. Invitation Letter

12. Individual Invitation: Photocopy of inviter’s Korean ID (driver’s license, resident registration card, or alien registration card)

13. Company Invitation: Photocopy of the company’s business registration certificate or a non-profit/government organization’s unique number certificate

Important Notes on Writing Invitations

• Notarization is not required.

• Please submit both Korean and English versions.

• For corporate or organizational invitations, the document must be on the official company letterhead (with company logo or emblem) and include:

  • Domestic company address

  • Name of the person in charge

  • Contact details (telephone number, email address)

• There is no fixed format for the invitation, but the embassy form may be used if preferred.

• All invitations must include:

  • Personal and contact information (reachable contact number)

  • Purpose and duration of stay

  • Visit expenses

  • Relationship with the inviter

* Visa Fee : GRATIS (Stay in Korea within 59 days from the date of entry) / PHP2,000 (Stay in Korea within 60 to 90 days from the date of entry)

* Photo Specifications for Attaching Visa Applications

- In color / Sized such that the head is between 35 mm and 45 mm

- Taken within the last 6 months to reflect your current appearance

- Taken in front of a plain white or off-white background

- Taken in full-face view directly facing the camera

- Do not wear a hat or head covering that obscures the hair or hairline
