We have successfully helped many to get visa to different countries, such as US, Canada Japan, Korea, Australia, France, Germany, Netherland, Italy and many more. As a continuation of our earlier visa stories posted here, we like to share to you the variety of cases we encounter. Hopefully you will find one you can relate to and be helpful for you. Here's three more stories for you:


Ms. G, female in her late 30’s, married with children and working in a private company. Ms. G’s immediate family members and some of her relatives are US citizens or permanent residents in the US. Her family wants her to move to the US and live with the rest of her US family. A petition was filed on her behalf, signaling that she intends to live permanently in the U.S in the future. For this tourist trip, she then has to convince the officer during the interview that she has no intention to migrate now, as she is not ready and the sole purpose is just a temporary visit. Ms. G was warned by her friends and some family members that it would almost be impossible that she’d get the tourist visa, and even an agency told her that she is not allowed to apply for a tourist visa when she have a pending US petition. She came to us as her family had found us and contacted ARCTICKET through our website arcticket.com. There is nothing to prevent an applicant from applying for a US tourist visa while waiting for a pending petition. Ms. G contacted ARCTICKET several times and shared us some of the horror stories she had read online as she was afraid her plans would be shattered. One month after she first inquired and had the initial profile screening, she told us that she is now ready to apply for the tourist visa. We helped her from start to end guiding in all documentation needed and filling out the required forms. Just a few days after submitting the application she got her tourist visa without any difficulty. She spent almost three lovely weeks in United States with her family.


This shows that consulting with experts you can get an overview of the correct requirements and you make sure you visa application filed right the first time.


Ms. H, a single mother in her mid 20’s was dreaming of travelling to France, and did not know the details of the requirements needed to obtain a visa there. She first contacted a travel agency that said they could accommodate her request. She did not fulfill the requirements to obtain such a visa, as a few of the visa requirements was missing. According to Ms. H she was asked to pay PHP 40k upfront and another PHP 260k while the travel agency was processing her tourist visa. She then had paid a total of PHP 300k! This agency then made fake documents on her missing requirements, which she later submitted on her visa application. The visa was denied. Later this desperate mother came to ARCTICKET asking for help and guidance on how to assist her to obtain a valid visa. After checking through her background story and the necessary requirements for obtaining a visa, we found that we would not be able to recommend her to apply at this point, and by that not having her as a paying client through us at this point. This to the fact that submitting fraudulent documentation and resubmitting with another documentation would very likely just be denied. Also, for some countries you have a retention period before you can submit a new visa application, or you are totally banned.


Please refrain submitting fake documents and being dishonest. Our visa consultant’s goal is to help you, and then we need to have your true story to be able to help you in the best possible way. Ms I, a single young woman in her early 20’s, no kids with an Australian boyfriend. Ms. I was looking for travel recommendations in a travel forum last year on which she got in contact to an Australian guy who gave her advice on traveling in Bali. Fast forward eight months, he already had been visiting her in Philippines and now he invited her to Australia. Ms. I and her now boyfriend applied for a tourist visa on their own, and unfortunately she was denied. Ms. I’s boyfriend then contacted ARCTICKET after he found us here on Facebook and gave her our contact details. After an initial conversation, she became our client as we believed we could make a difference in comparison to their earlier visa application effort. We prepared her portfolio and reviewed the requirements based on her profile and her available documentation, like we always do. Unfortunately, we found some problems with one of her official documents and we guided her on what to do to resolve that issue. It took two months before we were ready to submit her application, as all requirements needed to be in place. We reviewed her application letter and checked all her documents before her application was ready for lodging. She got her visa approved just before Holy Week and now she is currently enjoying Australia with her boyfriend. Hope they have a great time together and wish them all the best for the future!


We spent so much time on this case with Ms. I, but its all worth it when you see the joy and excitement we can help bring. The team even got delicious cupcakes as a treat from her as she was over the moon happy and grateful for our efforts and securing her travel dream!
