FOR SOFTWARE AND ELECTRONICS COMPANY
ISSUE: This is about an urgent and complex visa our team successfully assisted with for a Software and Electronics company. A business with a manufacturing in the Philippines shipped a significant items to a customer in the USA. The US Company said that although the items had arrived in the USA on time, they were not working and they refused to sign the crucial document that will seal the agreement. The US Company asked the Philippine Company's engineers to inspect and see it for themselves. This is the first time for the factory in the Philippines to have this happened. The Philippine company’s HR applied visa for four of the company's employees and the visa applications were refused. They were thinking of applying a visa for other employees but they have two concerns: First, there is no available appointment that matches their plan travel date. Second, they are not confident that other employees will be approved.
They approached us and requested our assistance to help them on the Visa Application.
The Philippine Company’s HR Manager informed us that this was their first time to apply for a visa because typically, the non-Filipinos who work for their foreign branches of the company visit their clients. She believed that since they are a large company with good financial resources and a good reason to go, it would be simple to get approval. The visa officer does not merely base his or her decision solely on the “financial position.”
SOLUTION: We reviewed the documents, assessed, prepared and gave a checklist on what documents to include for the emergency request. The emergency request was approved after few days.
We also had mock interviews with the applicants. Two days after the interview, the HR sent us a flower with a "Thank You" card because the application was approved.
After two months, surprisingly, the HR shared that the agreement was finally completed. She also personally avail our visa assistance service for her personal Schengen Visa Application.
Neither Arcticket nor any third party can guarantee that an applicant for a visa will be approved. The decision to approve or deny an application is completely up to the U.S. government.
